Referral Rewards with Community Impact
At Epic Special Education Staffing, we believe a referral can do more than connect someone to a great opportunity – it can also support the causes that matter most to the person making it. Our Charitable Contributions Showcase highlights this dual impact. When someone refers a clinician who reaches their contract milestone, they receive a $1,000 bonus and direct a $250 donation to an organization championing special education or related causes. It’s a way to let every referral reflect not just professional connections, but personal values too, all while empowering life-changing initiatives across the country.
From June 2024 through early 2025, our community helped us contribute a total of $9,250 across three standout organizations:
- Autism Society of America – $4,500
- Special Olympics – $3,250
- National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD) – $1,500
Through our previous referral program, we’ve donated $77,500 to Teachers Pay Teachers for School Districts between 2021 and 2024 – helping educators access essential classroom resources that support students with diverse learning needs.

National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD)
The NCLD has spent more than 45 years championing the rights and needs of students with learning and attention issues. Through policy advocacy, research, and coalition-building, the organization envisions a society where all individuals possess the academic, social, and emotional skills to succeed.
By choosing to contribute to NCLD, our referrers have helped power initiatives that reduce stigma, inform national education policy, and give students and families a stronger voice in shaping their futures.
Special Olympics
