Heather Melancon M.S., Ed. BCBA, LBA

Heather Melancon brings over 15 years of experience supporting students with autism, behavioral, and developmental needs across school, home, and community settings. She began her career as a classroom teacher specializing in early childhood and exceptional education before becoming a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), leading district-level behavior teams and building evidence-based, trauma-informed systems. Now a Clinical Services Manager, Heather supports staff and districts nationwide, blending classroom-tested instructional expertise with clinical leadership to create sustainable, student-centered solutions with schools, families, and providers.
Layla Wohlfeiler M.S., CCC-SLP
Layla Wohlfeiler is a Clinical Services Manager with Epic Special Education Staffing. She brings over 15 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist across school, pediatric, and tele-therapy settings. Layla draws on her deep knowledge of special education and virtual service delivery to guide clinicians through the realities of school-based practice. She loves collaborating and brainstorming with clinicians to set them up for success in their placements, and works closely with districts to support their staffing needs and student outcomes. She takes pride in being a steady, knowledgeable presence clinicians and districts alike can turn to at any stage of their work.
