Competitive pay, great benefits, company match in a 401K. EPIC is an excellent contract company for SLPs. I've worked for 4 total agencies and EPIC is by far the best. They provide a clinical expert to help problem solve difficult situations, a liaison to mediate between you and the district when inevitable issues arise, excellent healthcare, and most of all they make you feel appreciated. They send goodies to you in the mail, check in about your job satisfaction, and have your back. The salary is competitive. They understand that the SLP is not a cheap commodity and they work hard to retain their employees.
