WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children, including 1:1 therapy, small group sessions, and social skills groups across clinic, home, and educational settings.
· Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals across all domains, including behavior, communication, academics, social skills, and daily living using
evidence-based interventions.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care and treatment plans.
· Partner closely with families to facilitate generalization of skills learned in sessions into the home and community.
· Provide ongoing supervision, training, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plan updates.
· Stay current with ABA research, industry developments, and best practices through continuing education and professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS
The minimum qualifications:
· 1 year working with children with autism and 1 year of supervision experience overseeing and training staff
· Valid BCBA credential/license
