October is National Principals Month! Our Principals have been some of the most hardworking individuals during these extraordinary times. They have been one of the pillars to ensure that the students can cope academically. Their tireless efforts to protect the health and safety of their learning community are truly beyond measure. We see our Principals are so busy attending to other people’s needs that they sometimes forget their own well-being and survival.
Today we want to acknowledge our Principals for their strong leadership and determination of success for each student and the community. We want to share these articles from edweek.org in the hope that maybe they might be helpful for their social-emotional well-being.

We are not affiliated with any organization, bloggers, or educators mentioned in the article. We thought of sharing these with you as our principals set the tone and climate in schools and on whom the success of any school-based initiative rests. As we celebrate this month, you might also want to check your Principal’s social and emotional well-being too!
